Disabling PAH for Certain Performances

Hi Everyone!

Anyone know how to disable PAH ticket delivery for specific performances? We offer a handful of Virtual Programs each year and only want guests to receive the Order Confirmation email. The PAH that follows is a little awkward & superfluous.

    Hi Moriah,
    We're on TNEW, and we have a Delivery Method that's just called "N/A - ticket delivery is not available for this event." This has been working well for us for our digital events and other things we process through TNEW that aren't actual performances. Once the order is completed, patrons only receive the order confirmation.
