We cancelled an outdoor GA event last night and told people to bring their tickets to future date to be allowed entry. We use NSCAN devices. I added the perf id from last night into the device profile system table. But we get an error having facility ids and perf ids at the same time. Has anyone done this before?

I don't know if i've had this exact problem, but I had issues sometimes when my doors open/close date on the performances were off. Maybe that is playing into it as well?

Perf Str – The performance ID numbers to set for the device. Multiple performance numbers can be entered separated by a comma with no spaces. If a facility is entered, this should be left blank.
Other than updating the perf ID values every day you could potentially reschedule the performance that was cancelled every day. But hopefully someone else will have a better idea for you.
