I'm hoping you Tessitura gurus can help me out! We sell our ushers into performances and with our previous system had a report that would generate a list of all the ushers signed up for that days performance that we could hand to house management to keep track of attendance. However, we'd have to then manually go in and track who didn't show up. We'd like to get away from that manual entry and I know some organizations print out tickets for their ushers and scan them, but Jonathan Smillie mentioned that there were some organizations who print the barcodes on a list that house management could then scan when the ushers check in. Does anyone have a custom report like this that they'd be willing to share with us?
Thanks!
Yes, to avoid that warning you have to select a header. You could create a blank header, or you could just not merge the header data into Word.

I'm just now getting around to tackling this and for the most part it's working well. We purchased a barcode add-in for word. However, when we're batch printing the tickets to a file it pops up for every ticket saying there is no header found. I didn't select a header, because I don't need one, but I'm guessing in order to avoid having to click ok for dozens of tickets I have to select one. Can I create a blank header?

If you are talking about the Tkt Design dropdown on batch print sets, yes all of your existing ticket designs should be listed in the dropdown. If all your ticket designs are not in the dropdown, then you should definitely open a help ticket.
