Is anyone experiencing this new buggy feature? It mostly happens when doing something like selecting a price zone in a Line Item, but today it was also happening to me on the Acknowledgements tab of Campaigns/References.
I'm assuming it has something to do with this version of Citrix. I'm on 29.9.0.28(2209).
Is anybody else seeing this/know a fix?
Hey Eric,
We are seeing that issue too and this is what I have heard from Support so far.
We are aware of an issue with Citrix versions 2206 through 2209 where the Tessitura window can minimize unexpectedly when clicking on dropdown menus in the application. While Citrix develops a solution to this issue, we recommend either downgrading to Citrix version 2205 or ensuring that all windows other than Tessitura are minimized.
We havent had a chance to try this out yet.
good to know. this last Citrix update has really screwed up lots of stuff. Maybe I'll try downgrading next week.
22.7.0.24 and 22.9.0.28 causes the buggy feature and kicks users to another open tab. I downgraded to 22.5.0.18 and even 19.2.7000.10. Both of those versions do not cause the buggy issues. Support told me to - to try downgrading and it does work.
are downgraded versions available on citrix's website?
Per my support ticket: NOTE: This is for Windows 10 only. If you need the Citrix Workspace app for earlier versions of Windows, please refer to this link: https://www.citrix.com/downloads/workspace-app/
Brian Pedaci I saw your reply via email but it seems to have disappeared. I DO have Grammarly installed. I might try to close it and see if that helps. Nice tip!
Hmm, the link gives me a 404 error. Also I'm on Win11, curious if that's causing additional issues.
I deleted it because it sounded more like the Citrix issue. What I've seen with Grammarly is an abrupt close of Tessitura altogether rather than just minimizing the window.
The link I sent does say for Windows 10 only. So I am unsure for Windows 11. But I did want to mention, I do not have Gammerly installed. (So I would have to think that doesn't have to do with this issue we're all having).
could be a little of both. Luckily this is just an annoyance, and not really stopping work. If anything, it's bringing me a sense of mindfulness to work more slowly. lol
Citrix 22.10.5 released late last week. Curious if anyone has found that it fixed some of these issues? Still never figured out how to downgrade on windows 11 so I just updated.
I was pretty consistently encountering the bug in extraction details. I just built a bunch of extractions after updating Citrix and had no issues!
