Task checklist for cancelled shows

Hi,

We are reviewing our cancelled show process and found some inconsistencies.  Does anyone have a checklist they are willing to share?

    Siobhan's information was so helpful (thanks again).  I am also interested in the Tessitura specific-tasks (i.e. change performance status to "cancelled", alter web publish dates, etc) if anyone has that.

    Todd has sorted it so I can upload Visio docs now so will add it to my profile.

    Jeri, great advice about Tessitura specific stuff, I'll take a look at my process and see what I can add to it!
