Task checklist for cancelled shows

Hi,

We are reviewing our cancelled show process and found some inconsistencies.  Does anyone have a checklist they are willing to share?

    I would appreciate a copy of your flow chart as well.  We are in process of coming up with our procedures and I would like to make sure I didn't miss anything.

    Siobhan's information was so helpful (thanks again).  I am also interested in the Tessitura specific-tasks (i.e. change performance status to "cancelled", alter web publish dates, etc) if anyone has that.
