Permissions issue saving reports, etc.

I was issued a new laptop on Monday and I suddenly can't save anything from Tessitura. I'm on a VPN connection and we are RAMP hosted. I've been saving everything to a USB drive while working from home. When on-site, I was able to save to our network drives. We have never had the option of saving to our PCs. When I try to save now I get the error message seen below. The only placed I've been able to save is to a folder I created in FileMover, but then I can't save from there anywhere. My desktop support person hasn't been able to figure it out and I'm waiting to hear back from a Tessitura help ticket. Has anyone encountered this and now how to fix it?

Thanks!
Anne

  • Hi Anne,
You might need to save it to the local c: drive on your laptop – on that drive there is a folder called “users”, and in there you should have a folder which is your username that you use to login to the laptop. In that folder there will be a desktop folder and you can save it there. Hope that helps!
