I am self hosted and use https://sqlsharp.com/ for this kind of thing.

On AWS RAMP security is set up so that we are prohibited to use that command.
I'm still looking at two-step processes for moving data. Where SQL Server exports to some local location like the provided FTP Server. And then I have to poll this location with an active process to get the data to the receiving end of the connection.
