I found the location on out SOAP server where the .aspx file lives. I made the requested edits and saved the new file under the same name. However when I make a test purchase it still pulls the old confirm. Am I missing a step here? Is there any documentation I can use the help with this?

With your being a self hosted organization, I am not sure how this would come into play since we are RAMP, but I had a beast of a time with some caching issues. For whatever reason, there was a quirk with the last_updated_dt of the file itself that somehow got out of sync and just all around messed with my brain. Beyond a potential cache issue, I have no other ideas.
