Worldpay Account Information?

I’m just had this same experience. I reached out to Tami Fox at Tessitura and she was a big help getting me connected to someone at WorldPay. You can call the main line and get connected to her.

We're rebuilding the backend of our website and the developers need information from our credit card processor, but alas - this information is no where to be found. Specifically looking for our Account ID, Account token, and Acceptor ID. Quite literally - I have searched through company files, talked to former administrative staff, opened a help Ttcket with Tessitura etc. When trying to contact WorldPay, they, of course, can't verify or share anything without me providing the very information I don't have! I have some emails out, but in the meantime, I'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem? Is there somewhere within Tessitura that I can find this information? Is there some place else entirely I should look? What did you do to get your hands on this information?
