Adding user defined elements into a Mobile Ticket template

I wanted to see if you'd made progress on this. The help documentation contains a really great topic on the Mobile Ticket Sample Template, and the section "Adding Ticket Design Elements" details what you are trying to accomplish. Let us know if that gets you further along.
