Has anyone been able to add a user defined element(e.g. Door Letter) into a Mobile Ticket template?
I have not been able to get the syntax right for this and just wondered if anyone else has been able to do it.

I wanted to see if you'd made progress on this. The help documentation contains a really great topic on the Mobile Ticket Sample Template, and the section "Adding Ticket Design Elements" details what you are trying to accomplish. Let us know if that gets you further along.
