Hi all,
I’m sure I have seen an answer to this but I can’t fine anything on the website. So I have a lovely new Windows 7 machine, problem is I’m getting the ‘disk is full’ error when I try to save a report to PDF. My old trick of installing an Apple driver can’t be done as that isn’t in the updated list.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Gary

Hi Gary
I think there is a work around for getting this working (I'm on vista 64bit and it’s a nightmare)!
All you need to do is
Thanks
Nick

Thanks Nick, Caryl’s solution worked but yours looks easier – will try it on the next new machine.

Just FYI. You can do this all in a machine Group Policy from your AD and then every machine in your organization will always have the Sybase Printer configured. We do that here.
We upgraded to Windows 2008 and SQL 2008 R2. We are having an issue with e-mail to PDF within Tessitura. We don't have a license for Adobe Distiller. does the HP 4000 trick address that?
John, usually installing any postscript printer driver should work. Whichever driver you install, you must name the printer Sybase Datawindow PS. If that doesn’t work for you, another option would be to download and install the latest ghostscript drivers from http://sourceforge.net/projects/ghostscript/files/AFPL%20Ghostscript/
If neither of these options works for you, I would recommend opening a support ticket in TASK and we will assist you.
