Firstly, I need to check these forums more, there is a lot of good stuff here...
Secondly, I'm poking around Analytics and finding that all of our Ticket Counts from the Seats and Tickets cube are 0, even for concerts pre-covid that actually sold.. The revenue is not 0, which suggests there might be a problem with the Seat Count column in particular.
Has anyone else experience this?

I found this in the help system. Are you using price layers? If you're after sold seats have you tried using Ticket Count instead?

Sorry, that should say Ticket Count column (not Seat Count). Let me look into the price layers...

Okay, I think the problem is more fundamental than selecting the right column. All Seat Counts, Ticket Counts, and Attended Counts are 0, but all money related columns are not 0. I think this warrants a formal ticket request as the problem is with our Seats and Tickets cube itself.
