Many organizations are closed now which may provide some people with time they don't ordinarily have to learn new skills. If you know of any free training resources that may help people learn something new during this time, please share the information here.
I've been using lynda.com through my local library for a long time and I find many of the courses there excellent. It is all video training with not a lot of exercises that you do yourself is the one frustration I have with it, but I've taken SQL, HTML, some networking, and I'm starting a CSS class through that service.
