  • I'm getting the same thing an a Windows 2008 R2x64 machine. We just (tried) to migrate the 9.0.0.2 services (report, NScan, Seat server, etc...) to this platform. Everything else works except PAH.

I have a ticket currently in progress on Footprints. If I get something working I'll let you know.

  • That's exactly what we are doing. Let me know what you find out.

  • You bet –

We have tried these suggestions from the network to no avail:

Check your C:\Windows\Assembly folder. Is ADODB.dll present there? If so, what version?
Is there also a copy of this .dll in your Tessitura Eticket Server folder? What version is present there?

    (neither were there for us)

1 - Copy the ADODB.dll I'm attaching here (in the attached .zip file) to your C:\Windows\Assembly directory. When you install this new DLL make sure the version shows as 7.0.3300.0 You have to use a utility called GACUTIL, I've included gacutil in the .zip. Extract it and save it on the C: drive along with the dll. Then go to C:\ and type in gacutil /i adodb.dll

    2 - Restart IIS

    Can you try re-registering ticketformat.dll?

    Example format:

    Regsvr32 "F:\Tessitura\Tessitura ETicket Server - Live\ticketformat.dll"

  • Hi Marty,

    Good day.

There are two problems involved in this PANTs issue.

1, adodb.dll should be available for PANTs window service.

2, x64 windows operating system needs to be told that PANTs is a 32 bit application.

    for problem 1:
