We're thinking about selling merchandise through Tessitura. Would anyone be willing and able to show me a demonstration on how you use it with the following parameters:
1. RAMP
2. Quick sale with touch screens
3. Inventory reporting
4. Analytics Pulse notifications when inventory is low
5. Possible to use bar codes like a retail store?
6. Online sales process/shipping logistics
Would it best to set up on the 3 computers at front desk selling tickets and merch or 1 dedicated tablet using TRBO? Thanks!
We use TNEW for online sales and MindBody (our dance class app) for face to face.Online we are set up as performances using a dummy page for displaying the range
I have a button in cart to return to the Merch page.
Shipping logistics is a pain. I'm looking into Auto selecting International Shipping for International addresses. I'm also not a fan of the Global Default shipping in TNEW.
Inventory could be as easy as putting hold over any stock you don't have in the zone. However as our studios team want to use the other system they account for inv over there.
