Feeling a bit silly, I couldn't figure out how to search the forums but still hoping for an answer. We use an on-prem Exchange server for customer email notifications and print-at-home tickets. We are looking at moving to Office 365 but want to know if Tessitura will be able to use Office 365 Outlook or Exchange online- I've worked with other apps that require on-prem email and want to make the right choices.

We recently went through this process with O365 and you're going to need to set up an SMTP relay with a connector (Option 3): https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/mail-flow-best-practices/how-to-set-up-a-multifunction-device-or-application-to-send-email-using-office-3
Tessitura doesn't trust the TLS connection with O365 so neither option 1 or 2 worked for us. We're self-hosted, so perhaps that was half our issue. No idea how this would be resolved with RAMP, but I would definitely get a TASK ticket in the queue now!

Emily Nash, do you happen to know if this is still the best solution? We are currently hybrid, but I need to figure out a permanent solution for Tessitura-generated emails.
