Hello, we started using MobileID for RAMP and discovered that every time there is an OS update for a phone, DeepNet MobileID gets out of synch. Does anyone have a similar experience?

I'm using the MobileID on iPhone and have not seen this behavior on iOS updates either.

I'm not seeing this behavior because the app didn't pass my pre-install review, but is there any chance your user toggled off the privacy-invading permissions? If not, seems more likely due to app that hasn't been updated since it was released for Lollipop. Details of my review: invasive permissions, no updates, (Chinese) developer's current focus is on facial recognition research for British government (don't usually google the dev, but the Play store pinged my WTF sense).
