HTML Order Acknowledgement - sending from wrong email profile

Hello, 

I work in a consortium and one of the things I am trying to do is create an order confirmation specifically for one of our resident companies so that they can send confirmations from the application to the patron's email on file.  I have already created the HTML template and I can get it to generate the file for printing, but when I try to send via email, it 1) sends from the wrong email profile and 2) will only send if I am logged in as the system administrator user group.  When I log in with their user group (box office), it never sends the email.  Has anyone ran into this problem?   We have a unique set up where this particular resident company handles their subscriptions through their office, but all single tickets go through our box office and our web site.  When I do send the email it's coming from our box office email rather than our resident companies email.  I believe I have set up everything correctly, but now I am stumped.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!
