User cannot see her ticklers

A user in the Development Staff group is setting up Ticklers for her boss who is also in the Devlopment Staff group, but they don't show up for the boss.  Both users are in the same control group.

This used to work, and the old Ticklers are still showing up under Include Completed Ticklers.

In TR_TASK_TYPE there are only 3 entires, none of which have a control group.

We are on Tessitura v 8.0.0.2.

  • couple quick things to double check.

1: make sure they are in fact assigned to her boss

2: Keep in mind that if the "warn days" is not set up to include today the ticklers will not show up unless you change the "show as of" preference to a future date that falls within the warn days setting.

  • Thank you Ryan, I didn’t really realize what warn days was doing.

We found out the user was hitting C (because that was what she was taught).  Tessitura was filling in todays date and all the Ticklers were going under Completed.

  • Phil, you can also try making her boss as the Manager of the control group to which the staff member, who is actually creating the tickler, is belong to (I guess it’s Development Staff Group in this case) from Tessitura Security Module if the boss is not already Manager of that control group.
