Inactivation/deleting donor acknowledgement

The ability to inactivate items in T_FORMAT_INFO is an enhancement for v10.0.  Until then, most users place a lowercase ‘z’ in rows they wish to sort out of the main list (“zMy Old format,” e.g.).

We have outdated acknowledgments in T_FORMAT_INFO that need to be inactivated or deleted.  They were removed from REFERENCES/Acknowledgement tab but an error appears when attempting to delete in T_FORMAT_INFO, probably since these acknowledgements appear in past contribution details.  The goal is to remove these acknowledgments from the "letter" drop-down when printing acknowledgment letters.  Any suggestions?
