Record Updating

Hello,

Trying to get the scope of a potentially massive data hygiene project here at The Cleveland Orchestra.  Is there a utility or protocol within tessitura currently that would allow me to upload some type of template with patron ID and update that patrons information automatically in one massive bulk upload.  or is the only way this can be done is a patron by patron basis (i find that very hard to believe but anything is possible..).  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    If I’m understanding the question – you want to create new Constituent records in bulk – correct?   Tessitura does not BUT if you look in Shared reports there is such utility
     
    If you are looking to add a new address in bulk to records – I think there is and it is similar to the program that allows for NCOA address updates.
