We're looking at purchasing new TC20 scanners for the 2018-19 season. Looking for some feedback.
We just started testing with a TC20 and so far House staff like it. We started looking at this model because our MC55s and 40s have always had trouble staying connected to our network. The TC20 is half the cost, about have the size and weight of our current models. So far we haven't had any connective issues with TC20. We've also found more consistent scanning of tickets displayed on cell phones. My one concern is that they appear to be as rugged as previous model.
Hi Michelle, are you still happy with the TC20s. I need some more scanners, we have the MC 40 which are okay but often have connection problems. Thanks
