We're looking at purchasing new TC20 scanners for the 2018-19 season. Looking for some feedback.
We just started testing with a TC20 and so far House staff like it. We started looking at this model because our MC55s and 40s have always had trouble staying connected to our network. The TC20 is half the cost, about have the size and weight of our current models. So far we haven't had any connective issues with TC20. We've also found more consistent scanning of tickets displayed on cell phones. My one concern is that they appear to be as rugged as previous model.
Hi there, we are looking at replacing our MC40 scanners as the side buttons are not rugged enough and get jammed and broken. We are looking at trigger scanners, and at present there aren't many options that are compatible with Tessitura. How reliable are the trigger attachments for the TC20s ???
We got them in December or January and haven't been able to connect them to Tessitura. I'm not sure which end the problem is on, our IT dept is working it out with Tessitura. Michelle did you have any problems with set up? We did not get the triggers.
Hi Michelle, are you still happy with the TC20s. I need some more scanners, we have the MC 40 which are okay but often have connection problems. Thanks
