Printer Continues to Go Offline

We have a Boca Lemur-S DPI 200 printer that has worked perfectly fine for the past 3 years, and has always been set up on the same computer with Windows 7, all of a sudden we can no longer print more than 1 ticket at a time as the printer continues to drop offline, has anyone had to deal with this before?  If so how did you fix this?

Having already thoroughly cleaned the printer and checking in with BOCA the support team at BOCA has recommended we make sure there are no settings with tessitura that have changed or need to be updated as we also use ticketmaster and the printer works fine when printing out of ticketmaster so the problem seems to be with the tessitura system and the printer exclusively.  

We have removed the printer and reinstalled it and are still having the same issue.   We have turned the computer on and off, we have reset the computer numerous times as well as the printer.

    Thanks!  I’m saving this.  We occasionally had the boca drop out when batch printing tickets last year (when it had never done so before).  It drove us insane, but no one could give me any advice as to why.  Don’t know if this will work, but it certainly won’t hurt.
