We have a Boca Lemur-S DPI 200 printer that has worked perfectly fine for the past 3 years, and has always been set up on the same computer with Windows 7, all of a sudden we can no longer print more than 1 ticket at a time as the printer continues to drop offline, has anyone had to deal with this before? If so how did you fix this?
Having already thoroughly cleaned the printer and checking in with BOCA the support team at BOCA has recommended we make sure there are no settings with tessitura that have changed or need to be updated as we also use ticketmaster and the printer works fine when printing out of ticketmaster so the problem seems to be with the tessitura system and the printer exclusively.
We have removed the printer and reinstalled it and are still having the same issue. We have turned the computer on and off, we have reset the computer numerous times as well as the printer.
Thanks in advance.
Did you try a factory reset on the Boca? You can do this by powering it off, holding the TEST button down, then powering it back on while continuing to hold the TEST button for 10 seconds after start. This corrected a similar weird issue for us with a Lemur that would only print one ticket, without the correct fonts (and it saved me from having to send it to Boca for servicing).
Hi Scott,
We had a ton of issues with our BOCAs when we switched from 2X to Citrix Receiver back in October/November 2017. It turned out to be a conflict between Citrix and Webroot settings. Feel free to message me and I'll share as much detail as I have from all the RAMP tickets.

Hi Sara,
I'm also having a dickens of a time getting BOCAs to show up as text printers using Citrix (2X is fine). I'll PM you for tips as well if that's ok with you. We use Webroot as our AV software as well.
Cheers,
Heath
Sorry to hear that. I'm happy to help in whatever way I can.
We have tried the factory reset a few times and no changes unfortunately
Sent you a pm, thanks again, hopefully we can get this fixed
