For every show we are presented with at least a few tickets where either the barcode or the text on the PAH ticket is missing. When I check the PDF that we e-mailed out in the outlook sent box I can see both the barcode and text in all of these cases. Has anyone else seen this? Is there a minimum version of Adobe that our constituents need in order to print their tickets?

It is most likely that the customers who present tickets with missing barcodes are using the default Apple PDF reader, which is documented not to work correctly in all cases.
