Hi Everyone,
I was wondering if anyone has any documentation you've created to help with baseline security access for login groups (ticketing power user, ticketing manager, ticketing user, devo power user, devo user, finance....etc). There is an entire section of help regarding security, but it sure would be awesome to have some baseline recommendations of security access and what reports and such could be given as well. Wading through security setup is rather laborious.

Thank you for sending that spreadsheet Justin. It is EXTREMELY helpful. I'd suggest submitting it to TASK for shared documents or even sharing here. I'm not sure what the site rules are on sharing a document like this are now on the new site. Perhaps Todd Lantry (he/him) could answer that for us.
Hi Chris, something like this is totally fine to share--like with other documentation folks have shared previously, they may want to anonymize it a bit if there's any concern, but the main thing we need to be very careful of is any discussion of pricing should have the pricing removed before sharing.
