Tess Fish Policy

We are interested in learning what the policies are for other Organizations regarding Tessitura Fish.  Since allowing employees to take Fish home with them is not an option (or not a great option) what are your policies for Tessitura Fish?  Some ideas we have already read about are:

- Employees are responsible for keeping their Tess Fish at their work desk and once a month IT checks to ensure they have their Tess Fish and it's in a location that's easy for the employee to find

- Employees are responsible for picking up and dropping of their Tess Fish in a designated location (Reception/IT Desk, etc.) each day

Are there other ideas/suggestions?

  • We have the same as Dot’s organization.  We have a lot of mobile workers and didn’t want to discourage that flexibility.  So instead, each user signs a policy when they receive their token that indicates they are responsible for keeping it secure, letting us know if it’s lost (for which they pay a replacement cost), and if it’s left at home they need to go home and get it.
