Anyone else currently unable to process credit cards? Tried calling Vantiv - getting a literal busy signal. I didn't even know that was possible.
Our charges are going through now after +1 hour of errors.

Yes, us too. Busy signal on their support line, unable to even process through their portal. Very frustrating.
