Hi all,
We have the New Contributions Report scheduled and emailed on a regular basis to our Director of Development. Apparently, she always gets the PDF file upside down and has to rotate it each time to read it. She's not impressed.
This is the only report I know of that is doing this. We have many other reports scheduled and emailed as PDF that are perfectly fine. It's an out-of-the-box report. It doesn't matter who schedules it (we've tried having different people schedule it). If we run the report manually and save it then it saves fine. If we open the report from View Reports and save it from there it saves fine.
Has anyone had this happen to them? Google has told me how to rotate it and save the file so it stays rotated for that particular file. But I need all new sent files to already be rotated.
Thanks in advance!
Beth,
I just ran a quick test of mine and it's sending to me fine. I would open a help ticket.
Michele
Thanks to you both. It's happening for everyone as far as I can tell. Super weird.
I'll open a help ticket for sure.
Hey Beth,
I would also find out if this happens with all users or just the Development Director. It could be something weird with the Adobe install on that workstation.

The usual suspect for this kind of thing would be the driver assigned to the Sybase DataWindow PS printer installed on the report server machine. If you run out of things to troubleshoot and get to the point of trying things randomly, maybe try switching out the postscript profile you have set up there for another type of printer.
