Inactivate Credit Card

We used to be able to inactivate credit cards so they would not appear as a choice when selecting cards. If this is attempted now on a card on an dated credit card we get a message "Invalid expiration date or expired account" - I get that the card can't be charged wondering why we can't drop it from the list of card shown.

Leslie, Very strange; I just tried to do the same thing and got the same error. I'd pass it along to Tessitura support and see if they're aware and can put a fix in place. Thank you, Brian
