Changing your Citrix XenApp Password

I have a user who'd like to change their Citrix XenApp password, but we can't figure out how she can do that on her own. She knows her current password, so it doesn't seem like this should require us to use the Password Reset application. However, we can't find a button anywhere in Citrix that would allow her to manage her own password.

What are we missing? Thanks!

    Hey Sara,

    I don't think you are missing anything, but just to confirm,  you are trying to reset her RAMP password, correct?  If that is the case, I would definitely use the password reset utility.
