Storing Event Details Outside of Tess?

Hello! I've been tasked with doing some research on the possible use of another database program to store a very wide range of event details. Types of information include but are definitely not limited to:

  • Performance dates, length of run, # of performances
  • Budget, revenue, expenses
  • Attendance
  • Booking/Production company and contacts
  • Concession sales
  • Internal staff who worked on the event
  • Pre and post event notes, schedules
  • Performer and company management information

We considered looking at what could be used in Tessitura but not all staff has or needs access to Tessitura and we would like this database to be accessible to all staff to some degree. The current version of this database is an Excel spreadsheet that has evolved over the course of our nearly 40 year history (it originally lived on note cards that were filled out before we had computers).

Does anyone else have a one-stop shop like this? If so, are you using Tessitura or another program? Who set up the database and how is it managed/accessed?
