I'm working on building my first custom view for a mail2 workflow. We're going to use it for a pre-performance email. I'm sure there are other folks out there that may have done this already. Anyone willing to share what they worked up for a view? I've gotten some advice from Jim at mail2 that has been helpful but I'm not confident I'm barking up the right tree at the moment! Hi folks,
I've attached a custom view I've recently written for mail2. The important thing (I think) is the custom_date field - this is set so that it returns data for performances 7 days in the future - you can easily change this so that it can be sent, say 4 days in advance.
