mail2 Custom View for Pre-Perf email

Greetings!

I'm working on building my first custom view for a mail2 workflow.  We're going to use it for a pre-performance email.  I'm sure there are other folks out there that may have done this already.  Anyone willing to share what they worked up for a view?  I've gotten some advice from Jim at mail2 that has been helpful but I'm not confident I'm barking up the right tree at the moment!  Feel free to email me directly at jagraf@umich.edu

    Hi folks,

    I've attached a custom view I've recently written for mail2.  The important thing (I think) is the custom_date field - this is set so that it returns data for performances 7 days in the future - you can easily change this so that it can be sent, say 4 days in advance.
