Is anyone capturing social media handles for customer records? We'd particularly like to be able to do this for professional contacts, but before trying to figure it out on my own, I was wondering if anyone else had a nice solution or practice?
Our PR team is tracking Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter for their contacts using different electronic address types.
