Is anyone capturing social media handles for customer records? We'd particularly like to be able to do this for professional contacts, but before trying to figure it out on my own, I was wondering if anyone else had a nice solution or practice?
Our PR team is tracking Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter for their contacts using different electronic address types.

Eaddress Types have an indicator to tell Tessitura whether they are emails or not. So as long as the types are configured correctly, Tessitura won't have a problem with the format.
Do you have any problem with the client rejecting then if they don't have an email format?
