Fees Doubling

Hi all

We have had a problem with fees doubling where events in 2 different seasons/financial years are sold together in an order (we have a flat-rate transaction fee). At the moment Ticket Office staff manually remove the second fee, but it does occasionally happen online as well. We have not had any custom code written to stop this (yet).

I remember seeing this on the enhancement lists over the last few years but I'm not sure if a solution came with any of the upgrades.

Does anyone happen to know anything about this or have a suggseted workaround? I'm re-posting in the Technical forum as I didn't have too much luck from the Ticketing forum.

    We have the same problem and I've either requested the enhancement to fix or voted for it for several years now!  We haven't got a workaround to share I'm afraid as it's not a massive problem, just inconvenient, and most of our patrons are fairly good at confining themselves to booking within our seasons.  I'd be interested to know if anyone has found a fix though.

    I have had a fix suggested by Dara Hogan at Abbey Theatre, although it does involve modifying a standard Tessitura procedure and fixes the problem online but not for Ticket Office orders (I don't think so anyway).
