Adjusting the screen resolution

I recently switched from Remote Desktop Connection (RDC) to having Tessitura run from my desktop, and everything is huge!  Although I like the large font size, the scrolling is less appealing.

Is there a way to adjust the resolution?

My monitor has the resolution set to 1152 x 864.  When I tried moving to back to 1024 x 768 it only made things larger.

I have Maximize Windows checked under Tools|Preferences too.

Thank you,

Chris

  • Is it just scrolling you are having a problem with?

If the seat map is also too large to fit into the window then you might want to look at the font size in Tools -> Preferences. I have mine set to 16 and this works - I still have to scroll when I am in other areas (such as Ticketing History), but get around this by using the function in Tessitura to move the horizontal scroll bar.

Other than that I would imagine changing your moitor resolution would be the way to go.

  • I don't use the ticketing features at all, because I work with development/contributions.

Sorry that I didn't clarify before, but it is EVERYTHING that is really large now.
