I recently switched from Remote Desktop Connection (RDC) to having Tessitura run from my desktop, and everything is huge! Although I like the large font size, the scrolling is less appealing.
Is there a way to adjust the resolution?
My monitor has the resolution set to 1152 x 864. When I tried moving to back to 1024 x 768 it only made things larger.
I have Maximize Windows checked under Tools|Preferences too.
Thank you,
Chris
Hi Chris,
Not sure if this would cause the issue you describe but try going to the windows display properties and checking the font size. right click on your desktop, select properties and the appearance tab. if your old environment was set to normal font size and your new one is set to large, things will look at bit off.
I just checked under Appearance, and see that my Font Size is set to Normal. So, it must be something else. Thanks though.
Is it just scrolling you are having a problem with?
If the seat map is also too large to fit into the window then you might want to look at the font size in Tools -> Preferences. I have mine set to 16 and this works - I still have to scroll when I am in other areas (such as Ticketing History), but get around this by using the function in Tessitura to move the horizontal scroll bar.
Other than that I would imagine changing your moitor resolution would be the way to go.
I don't use the ticketing features at all, because I work with development/contributions.
Sorry that I didn't clarify before, but it is EVERYTHING that is really large now.
