I believe the Reset Operators Passwords form (under Reports) was something that originated in the Shared Reports Workspace of TASK under Public Knowledge Base Solution 290 although I was not here at the time and I'm pretty new to Tessitura.
We have an issue where certain users just don't show up in the dropdown. Does anybody have any experience with this issue, and if so, what user setting might be causing users to just not show up? We could reset the password using Tessitura Security, but the user's supervisor needed to do it off hours and couldn't.
Thanks in advance for any help.
Is their email set up in Security?
When you open Edit User there is a place to put an email, it has to be populated in order for them to appear on the drop down for that utility.
I had this same issue when we started using this and we had new PSRs coming on board.

Thanks Beau. I did some investigating and found that many users that show up in the drop-down have no Manager assigned! And some that don't show up have a manager assigned.
Users don't have managers assigned to them. Users are assigned to groups, and then other users are assigned to manage those groups.
I will offer that I made a version of a password reset utility that is shared via the bitbucket site (https://bitbucket.org/TN_WebShare/password-reset-utility) — email web_dev@tessituranetwork.com for access. One of the benefits of using a collaborative platform like Bitbucket is that everyone has visibility on the code and can submit enhancements or bugfixes to it. If you feel like switching over to that version, I'll be happy to help solve any problems if you encounter them.
For those referencing this thread in the future - our process for getting added to the TN_WEB_SHARE repository has changed. Please visit www.tessituranetwork.com/.../Developer to gain access to the repository and other developer resources!
Thanks,
