When I start the Tessitura client app I'm getting this message
Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE Request: POST https://rest services url/TessituraWeb/Diagnostics/Check <DatabaseCheckRequest><ServerName>myservername</ServerName></DatabaseCheckRequest> Response: 500 Internal Server Error (31ms)
I'm not sure where that error is coming from or where i should look.
Which version are you running, and have you upgraded recently? We recently upgraded our servers and clients to .NET Framework 4.6 in preparation for our upgrade to Tessitura v12.5. Once our servers were running .NET 4.6 I got a similar (possibly identical) error trying to start the 12.1 client. If that's your issue it's easily corrected with an addition to your INI file. See the 12.1 to 12.5 upgrade documents here (page 8.)
