Off-site connection to Tessitura

We don't do much TS here but have you considered just using a VPN?  If your firewall has integrated VPN that is the easiest but if it doesn't it is very easy to set up one of your windows servers as an RAS server and VPN into it.  Then the BOCA can be connected locally to the workstation and you should be all set.  We have used Tess over VPN on several occasions and while it is a little slower it is definately still useable.

We need to setup an off-site workstation with Tessitura LIVE and a Boca printer to sell tickets and gift certificates. The location is not on our network. Is anyone using terminal services or Citrix for Tessitura?  We also need to know how to setup the Boca.

Any recommendation would be greatly appreciated.
