I am intrested in seeing if any organization sells tickets for another facility that is not part of their consortium? We have the chance to work with another theatre and so far have not found a good way to implement this. Looking to chat with anyone who has done this or working on this now.

As a touring orchestra, we use facilities that are predominantly NOT part of our consortium. I'm assuming that you're interested in inventory management, data from venues, reporting, etc - all part of our daily life.

Since we are a regional box office, we sell tickets for many other community organizations and for many facilities. To get the proper reporting for each organization we set up our production elements differently from the norm.
We set up a season for each presenter. That is the Title in Production Elements. Then the Production is the fiscal year. The Production Season is the facility and then the performance on the performance tab. This works very well for us because we can get reports by season, by fiscal year and by facility.
