Scheduled reports not emailing

Hi all,

We have a number of scheduled reports that (should) email various people every morning. We are finding these are quite temperamental and while they used to run fine, some have started dropping off.

We are using the Tessitura/Krios server so all the emails are generated from ramp@krios. Has anyone else had this issue? Is there anything on our end we can change to help them come through?

Thanks,
Tim

  • Hi Tim,

We’ve had issues in the past where reports wouldn’t get through the firewalls of individual recipients.

RAMP ended up creating an alias sent address for our reports, which seemed to solve the issue for most recipients with hypersensitive firewalls.

Also, if report recipients frequently use automated reply emails (because they work part time, for example), they might end up on a RAMP Suppression
List from which they need to be removed in order to continue receiving reports.

    Cheers,

    Carola

  • Thanks Heather and Carola. They are being generated (forgot to mention that sorry) so the issue is in the emailing. I'll get a ticket submitted.
