Hi all,
We have a number of scheduled reports that (should) email various people every morning. We are finding these are quite temperamental and while they used to run fine, some have started dropping off.
We are using the Tessitura/Krios server so all the emails are generated from ramp@krios. Has anyone else had this issue? Is there anything on our end we can change to help them come through?

Have you opened a RAMP support ticket on this one? They can at least verify if the reports are all be generated from the Report Server. Then you'll know if it is perhaps a spam/email issue vs something else.
