BOCA/printing issue

Hi all,

I log in to Tessitura, select my printer in preferences and then attempt to print some tickets but my print button is greyed out until I log out and back in again. The printer preference is still in place and I'm suddenly able to print.

Has this happened to anyone else and/or does anyone know how to fix it? It's not a major issue but it is mighty annoying.

    Yes, I used to have the same problem in my previous organisation. It suddenly started one day and I just got used to logging out and back in (kept reminding myself to lodge a TASK ticket and never got around to it).

    I have now started in a new organisation and I haven’t had any issues, yet. I assume something must have gone awry with my old user profile.
