Are there any organisations using Tableau?
We've had a keen eye on their products for a little while, observing how it will better serve our organisation while complimenting T-Stats and the like to provide better informed business intel. The idea of connecting all data sources (impresario, Mail2, Google Analytics, excel) into one platform is looking pretty attractive to me.
Would love to hear any thoughts around this topic!

Hi Aaron,
We've started some tentative steps with Tableau. My initial findings are that it's quite powerful and easy to link to Tessitura data although, as Tom points out, it might be an expensive undertaking to roll it out around the organisation.
As you say, it has been quite good for linking multiple data sources together and creating some great interactive visualisations.

Yeah, I think their Cloud product is the route we'll take. As I say, we're tentatively playing around with Tableau at the moment, and finding time to really explore the capabilities is proving something of a challenge at the moment.
Are you any closer to starting using Tableau?
